Visit Aquavit Grill & Raw Bar this November! Garrett Oliver, Brewmaster at Brooklyn Brewery, will visit us and Marcus Samuelsson november 10 - 12 to host an inspiring event and create a warm atmosphere. Marcus' cooking will be combined with a great beer program, some New York Jazz and soul as well as Swedish tunes.
The three nights will focus on dishes signed Fun Dining à la Raw Bar and the Grill with every dish accompanied by the unique beers of Brooklyn Brewery. Naturally, Marcus Samuelsson and Garrett Oliver will be here to mingle with you and your party.
In addition to the menu, Marcus and Garrett have created a bar menu so feel free to drop by to try some of Garrett's beers and Marcus' snacks!
